FINANCIAL COACHING FOR PHYSICIAN FAMILIES
You've worked hard to build your income.
Now it's time to align your financial decisions with the life you envision.
Earning well creates comfort and opportunity. But a high income alone does not create financial peace. If there is always an added expense or another financial decision, your next step may not be working more to increase your income. It may be about giving more direction to the money you already earn.
For physicians and physician families seeking greater clarity, intention, and financial peace.

You earn well. But does your financial life reflect the life you truly want?
Medicine requires years of dedication and sacrifice. After working that hard, wanting to live well is natural. The challenge begins when maintaining that lifestyle requires more and more of your time and energy.
Growing Commitments
You earn more than before, while your financial commitments keep growing.
Unclear Direction
You wonder about the future and may still lack clarity about the present.
Different Priorities
You and your spouse may not always see financial decisions the same way.
The Work More Cycle
When a new financial need appears, the answer is often to work more.
“If we earn this much, why don't we feel more financially at peace?”
A high income is not the same as a well-directed financial life.
For many physicians, when more money is needed, there is an obvious solution: Work more.
More patients. More hours. More production. And it works. But it can also create a cycle that requires more of your time and energy to sustain your lifestyle.
“Are we making the best use of what we already earn?”
Your next financial level may not depend on earning more.
It may depend on making better decisions with what is already in your hands. Money can support:
- More freedom.
- More choices.
- More presence.
- More security.
- More meaningful experiences.
- Better quality of life.
The question is not only how much you earn. It's what you want your money to make possible for you and your family.
The life you really want should shape your financial choices, not the other way around.
A conversation that looks beyond the numbers.
Maria's Strategic Session is designed for physicians and physician families who want to look at their financial lives with greater intention. During the conversation, you may explore:
Financial Direction
Whether your resources are aligned with what matters most.
Family Priorities
How financial decisions connect to your family's goals.
The Work More Cycle
When increasing workload becomes the automatic answer.
Intentional Decisions
The difference between increasing lifestyle and improving quality of life.
Financial Peace
A clearer picture of what financial peace means for your family.

Finances are made of numbers. Financial decisions are made by people.
Maria understands physician families from the inside. A physician by training, she began her career as a pediatric allergist in Brazil and later studied Sleep Medicine at Johns Hopkins in the United States. Over more than two decades alongside her husband, also a physician, she deepened her understanding of personal finance.
Today, as a Financial Coach for Physician Families, Maria brings together two dimensions:
Practical
Organization, goals, cash flow, and planning.
Human
Behavior, communication, priorities, lifestyle, and family alignment.
Knowing what to do with money is one thing. Making those decisions work in real family life is another.
This session may be right for you if...
A high income creates possibilities. Direction turns those possibilities into a life.
Your income is already powerful. Now give it direction.
Maybe you don't need another shift. Maybe you don't simply need to work more. The first step may be to look at the bigger picture and decide what you want your money to do for your family. Your income can fund more than expenses. It can fund choices, time, security, experiences, and freedom.
Financial success should support the life your family wants to live.
